Case Overview

This option is great for law offices or individuals who have a potential case and do not know where to begin with hiring possible expert witnesses. The initial Case Overview will provide you with a review from a non-testifying expert. One of our in house, non-testifying experts will guide you with a review the records, prepare a medical summary and provide you with a list of potential defendants to pursue in the case and/or how to approach the case. This will eliminate unnecessary costs.

  • Up to 100 pages of records reviewed – any pages over 100 is billed at a per page rate
  • Imaging CDs are billed at hourly rate
  • Average timeframe for review and opinion is 2-6 weeks
